02 — Base Plus Package ($225)

Includes all elements in Base Package, as well as Schedules A, B, D, Education, and/or Foreclosure tax preparation.

03 — Deluxe Package ($300)

Includes all elements in Base Plus Package, as well as Schedules C, E, and/or F form tax preparation.

Add-Ons

• $20: Prepare estimation of tax payment plan.

• $25: File tax extension (preparing and e-filing); share electronic copy of tax returns via USB drive; prepare mailing copy of tax returns.

• $50: Preparation of each additional state return, Schedule C, Schedule E, Sale of Rental, Schedule F, or Sale of Rental forms.

• $100: 1040X form preparation (if Integrity originally prepared taxes).

• $300: Integrity to take second look over to amend previously prepared taxes. If Integrity Tax Prep Services prepares taxes or amendments based on our second look, this amount will be credited to you.

• $300: 1040X form preparation (if Integrity did not prepare original taxes).

• $500: 1065/Partnership form preparation.
